User Agreement for Assetux
1. Introduction
This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Assetux platform, including any related services, applications, and ASX tokens provided by Crypttp LTD ("we," "us," "our"), a company registered under Certificate № 71610696 at Suite C, Level 7, World Trust Tower, 50 Stanley Street, Hong Kong. This Agreement complies with the relevant laws and regulations of Hong Kong, including but not limited to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) and the Electronic Transactions Ordinance (ETO). By accessing or using the Assetux platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue your use of Assetux immediately.
2. Definitions
Assetux: A cross-chain platform that facilitates cryptocurrency transactions, decentralized finance (DeFi) activities, and staking opportunities powered by the ASX token.
ASX Token: The utility token central to the Assetux ecosystem.
Crypttp LTD: The legal entity that develops and operates Assetux.
User: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Assetux platform.
Platform: Refers to the Assetux website, applications, and services.
3. Acceptance of Agreement
By using the Assetux platform, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, as well as any policies or guidelines referenced herein, including compliance with the relevant laws of Hong Kong.
4. Account Creation and Responsibilities
4.1 Account Registration To access certain features of Assetux, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
4.2 Security and Confidentiality You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4.3 Account Restrictions We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if we suspect any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity, or if you violate any terms of this Agreement.
5. Use of the ASX Token
5.1 Utility of ASX The ASX token is the central utility token within the Assetux ecosystem. It is used to pay for transaction fees, participate in staking, microtasking, and other platform activities.
5.2 Token Ownership and Risks By using ASX tokens, you acknowledge that the value of the tokens can fluctuate and that you are solely responsible for any potential losses associated with their use or trading.
5.3 Staking and Rewards Users may stake ASX tokens to receive benefits such as reduced fees and rewards from the platform. Staking terms, including duration and returns, are defined on the platform and may be subject to change.
6. Platform Services
6.1 Cross-Chain Transactions Assetux facilitates cross-chain transactions using the ASX token. You acknowledge that these transactions are subject to network conditions and may incur fees.
6.2 DeFi Activities The platform allows users to participate in various decentralized finance activities, including trading, lending, and staking. You agree to use these services at your own risk and to comply with all applicable laws, including those of Hong Kong.
6.3 Microtasking Users can earn ASX tokens by participating in microtasking activities such as quizzes, liquidity provision, and social engagement. The rules and rewards for microtasking are set forth on the platform.
7. Fees and Payments
7.1 Transaction Fees Assetux charges fees for certain transactions, which may be paid using ASX tokens. The fee structure is outlined on the platform and may vary depending on your staking tier.
7.2 Payment Methods You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your use of the platform, including applicable taxes. Payment methods and terms are specified on the platform.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software, and materials available on Assetux are the property of Crypttp LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the platform without prior written permission from Crypttp LTD.
9. User Conduct
9.1 Prohibited Activities You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the platform's functionality. This includes compliance with Hong Kong's laws regarding electronic transactions and cybersecurity.
9.2 Compliance with Laws You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including those of Hong Kong, in connection with your use of Assetux.
10. Privacy
Your use of Assetux is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy, in compliance with the PDPO.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crypttp LTD, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Assetux platform or ASX tokens.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hong Kong, in accordance with the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).
15. Amendments
Crypttp LTD reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
